About Me
%20EDITED.jpeg)
My ultimate career goal is to make a difference in people’s lives through technology. I am looking for a role that allows me to do just that, and I would love to be able to leverage my background in healthcare. I want to understand users in a deeper manner through research and data so that I can make their experience valuable.
Before I became a UX designer I was a registered nurse caring for patients with cancer. I learned how to connect with people, how to work well under pressure and how to be part of a dynamic team. I recently moved back home to Chicago to attend a design bootcamp called Designation. There I gained an understanding of the design process, developed a knack for user research, and learned how to create digital wireframes. I enjoy the entire process of UX design, and I have a particular passion for research and synthesis.
When I’m not working, you can find me exploring local sushi restaurants, relaxing at home with my 16-year old dog, or brewing beer with my husband.
